Jari specializes in hormone health\, focusing on BHRT\, supplements\, and lifestyle changes to empower women. She speaks at events and hosts educational sessions to help women navigate life’s transitions and achieve optimal well-being. Driven by the belief that life is too short\, she is passionate about guiding women to live happier\, healthier lives. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nNiva Herzig\, MSPT\, is a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor health for all genders and sexuality counselor\, addressing pelvic pain\, sexual health\, bladder and bowel incontinence\, pelvic organ prolapse\, and prenatal/postpartum care\, peri/menopause and pelvic health across the lifespan. She commonly treats conditions such as Vulvovaginal disorders and Genitourinary Syndromes\, Dyspareunia\, Vaginismus\, Endometriosis\, Interstitial Cystitis\, and Cystocele/Rectocele\, Pudendal Neuralgia and orthopedic issues related to the lumbo/pelvic/hip complex. Niva is a small business owner\, running her practice Core Dynamics Physical Therapy since 2007\, in Englewood\, NJ.  She continues to pursue advanced training in her field.\n\nGot questions?
